Is your dust conductive or non-conductive?

Combustible dusts are grouped by conductivity, and the group determines which equipment class is suitable. Getting this right is the first question we ask.

IIIB

Group IIIB — non-conductive combustible dust. Examples include many food powders, sugar, flour, wood and plastic dusts.

IIIC

Group IIIC — conductive combustible dust. Examples include many metal dusts such as aluminium. Requires IIIC-rated equipment.

Certified scope: Provision of industrial dust removal and cleaning services, including internal high-level cleaning, industrial vacuum extraction, ATEX Zone 22 cleaning for hazardous dust environments, and external gutter and downpipe cleaning using ground-operated systems.

What is the minimum rental period?

Rentals are available weekly or monthly, with long-term options for continuous use.

Can we buy the equipment instead of renting?

Yes. We supply European-certified industrial vacuum units and accessory kits for purchase.

Do you deliver outside the Eastern Province?

Yes — delivery and collection are available across the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Riyadh and KAEC.

Will our operators be trained?

Every delivery includes an operator briefing and safe-use guidance for Zone 22 conditions.
